Empowering Communities Through Economic Mobility, Education, and Stability

Built on Community, Driven by Purpose
Inspired by grassroots community activist Tru Ajani and The Learnt Ones Foundation, The Cream Incorporated was founded in 2017 in Ypsilanti, Michigan by Roland Tooson, Dominic Hamilton, and Mwai Leonard.
These founders recognized that many individuals within their communities lacked structured economic guidance, moral support systems, and access to empowering resources. In response, they created an organization focused on social empowerment, academic excellence, and financial stability.
C.R.E.A.M. stands for Creating Righteous Environments Around Me — a philosophy rooted in personal accountability, community uplift, and sustainable growth.
Our guiding principles for community transformation and sustainable impact
The Cream Incorporated exists to create righteous environments that promote economic mobility, financial empowerment, academic excellence, and community stability for underserved populations.
We envision communities where individuals — regardless of background or zip code — have equitable access to education, economic opportunity, and the tools necessary to build generational stability.
