Creating Righteous Environments Around Me

Empowering Communities Through Economic Mobility, Education, and Stability

Our Founders
(OUR FOUNDATION)

Our Story

Built on Community, Driven by Purpose

Inspired by grassroots community activist Tru Ajani and The Learnt Ones Foundation, The Cream Incorporated was founded in 2017 in Ypsilanti, Michigan by Roland Tooson, Dominic Hamilton, and Mwai Leonard.

These founders recognized that many individuals within their communities lacked structured economic guidance, moral support systems, and access to empowering resources. In response, they created an organization focused on social empowerment, academic excellence, and financial stability.

C.R.E.A.M. stands for Creating Righteous Environments Around Me — a philosophy rooted in personal accountability, community uplift, and sustainable growth.

— Founded 2017, Ypsilanti, Michigan
